How Does Luvocracy Use My Information?

Facebook Connect. We allow you the option to share your recent Luvocracy activity on Facebook. You may disable Facebook Connect at any time by logging into your Luvocracy profile and selecting the disable option.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Luvocracy cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will share your information if we, in our good faith judgment, believe it is reasonably necessary to: respond to claims and legal process (including valid subpoenas, court orders, or government requests); protect the property, rights, and safety of Luvocracy, our users, or others as required or permitted by law; enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements; prevent or stop activity we believe to be illegal, unethical or legally actionable; detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues. Reviews/Testimonials. Any personal information you submit on our website can be viewed by other users of Luvocracy. We are not responsible for the personally identifiable information you choose to submit in these forums. When seeking or receiving customer testimonials or feedback, we disclose that we may post your first name along with all or a portion of your testimonial on the website unless you inform us otherwise by following the instructions we provide.

Invites. You may choose to invite friends to join Luvocracy, such as through your social networks or by using our referral service to send invitations to friends. If you use the referral service, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address, which we will use to send invitations. We will store this information for the purpose of sending these emails and tracking the success of our referral program.

How Do We Secure the Information We Collect?

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. We implement security technology and firewalls, systems and procedures, and we consistently work to improve our security measures. However, no security system is foolproof and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

We protect your Luvocracy UserID and password and other user account information by encrypting this information using a Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) connection so that the information is unintelligible as it travels to our website. We also encrypt your credit card information in storage. You should also protect and not share your Luvocracy UserID, password and account information and should immediately notify Luvocracy of any unauthorized use of this information. Always remember to sign off when you are done using a shared computer.


Luvocracy takes the online protection of children very seriously. We do not collect personal information from any person that we know to be under the age of thirteen (13). Our website is not intended or designed to attract children under the age of thirteen (13) and you must be thirteen (13) years of age or older to join Luvocracy.
